We would not have gotten this done without Iris! I had lost my mother and was left with a mess of an estate, it was truly overwhelming. Iris was knowledgeable, strong, encouraging and kind. She kept me going when I wanted to give up. I had to deal with a lot of different people and companies during this process, she was the only one I could rely on for a timely response to any questions or concerns. She was infinitely patient with me as I was going through a great deal of emotions and anxiety. In the end I was left with no doubt that she did indeed get us the best price for my mother's house that was possible. Iris went above and beyond and we the Miller family cannot thank her enough for all of the hard work she put into this project. Highly recommended!!

If you want an agent that will help you by a house as if she is buying a house for her own family, then have no doubt that Iris will do it. We bought a brand new house, under the fair market value, and we already have 40k in equity.
