Irma Capas

Born and raised in California, Irma now lives in Riverbank located in the Central Valley with her husband, children and grandchildren. With 14 years of real estate experience, she has found the most important thing is “Connecting You With Your Dreams.” She pledges to make her clients top priority by constant communication, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying and selling process. She believes if you’re not left with an amazing experience, she hasn’t done her job. She measures success through the satisfaction of her clients.

Irma was awarded the “2016 Realtor of the Year” award by the Central Valley Association of Realtors. She has consistently been TOP Producer for Keller Williams Realty in Modesto and now owns and manages a TOP Producing Team “Irma Capas, Inc” with production over 100+. Irma has completed the Code of Trust for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and has been involved in organizations such as Master’s Club of CVAR and the local Associate Leadership Council (ALC). Most recently, Irma has been honored to become the Premiere Agent for Seabreeze New Homes and Hacienda Ranch Homes in Stockton, CA. Irma’s friendly approach of educating her clients, regularly results in them sending their friends and family to her because they know she will put them first.
