Bio,
My name is Irma Villegas, and I was born in the vibrant city of Guadalajara, Mexico. At the age of 5, my family and I moved to the United States, settling in Glendale, where I now live with my husband, Carlos, and our two wonderful daughters, Mia and Ella. Family is at the core of everything I do, and raising my daughters in this community has been a deeply rewarding experience.
For over nine years, I’ve worked as a Realtor, and I’m passionate about helping people achieve their real estate dreams. I’ve personally experienced how becoming a homeowner can transform your financial future—it did for me, and that’s why I believe in the power of homeownership. I am committed to educating my community about home buying and investing, empowering families to create a better, more secure future for themselves. To me, it’s not just about buying a house, it’s about building a foundation for generations to come.
I’m also proud to have been a Glendale Kiwanian for the past nine years. I especially hold dear the Kiwanis Service Leadership Programs, which provide elementary, middle, and high school students with opportunities to develop leadership through service. By partnering with schools, we help young people realize their potential as future leaders in the community. Making a difference in the lives of our youth is a mission that fills me with hope, as they truly are the future. I look forward to continuing my work in real estate and in our community, always striving to leave a positive impact on those around me.
