Irvin was very kind and courteous. Right off the bat, we knew he was easy to work with. As a first-time homebuyer, we had a lot of questions and hesitations in a lot of things. Irvin pointed us to the right directions. He knows his boundaries as a Realtor, and he was very forward to say - “I could give you some guidance and high-level details, but that is a lender question they should be able to assess and confirm with you”. Other than that, Irvin is obviously very well-versed in the field, and we are very thankful we stumbled upon him. He walked us through the process from the beginning, set our expectations right not overpromising, but also made sure we are equipped with the right information we needed during our homebuying journey. Irvin is a true consultant! He has helped us with our very first home! His network of suppliers and referrals are amazing as well!!! Where do I begin? Irvin is AWESOME! He helped us secure a property for lease a few months ago. It wasn't exactly a seamless process with the listing agent and Irvin was there to save the day (a number of times). I can't speak highly enough about him and he therefore comes very highly recommended. If you're looking for a real estate agent that actually cares, is genuine and is one of the most friendly people you'll meet, Irvin's the guy!
