We loved the no pressure experience his office was able to give and for this reason alone we’ve share his information not only with our family and friends but are close and dear business contacts as well.

Ishmael was self-referred but initially found by word-of-mouth. He has provided excellent service since the beginning of the process and continues to do so. I highly recommend Ishmael without any reservations.

My experience began with Ishmael by meeting with him and he talking me through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the Minneapolis market. Based on my input (budget, ideal residence, ideal location), Ishmael provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit my wants and or needs and what type of residence I might expect to find within my specified budget. To start, we spent approximately one day looking at a house that I had my eye set on, but still checked out other listings via links that he would send to me on a daily basis. Ishmael spent time talking with me about the pros and cons of the different things he saw in the initial house and how the community I was looking into may change later in the years. I was somewhat indecisive about the first house, given the nature of certain things that needed to be fixed or repaired, but with Ishmael’s knowledge, opinions about the house, his view of the community and the types of homes in the area, he never disappointed me with any of his provided responses.

Most importantly, Ishmael was always honest with me about what he thought about the first house, was always available and helpful, and I always felt that he truly had my best interests at heart. Even now, he still cheerfully provides recommendations and suggestions when I look for a house to purchase.

In the future, I would definitely recommend and use Ishmael again to find or buy a new house.
