We found Israel on Homelight after several interviews he seemed the most astute marketer and had extensive experience building a presence online. When we discussed the sales price he recommended a number higher than we had in mind and comparable immediate comps in the area. He was confident in the product, believed his recommend price was fair and the market would embrace the value. To our amazement he received three offers, negotiated on our behalf well and exceeded our expectations. Jesse is Israel's right hand man, client focused, incredibly responsive, helpful and he did an awesome job coordinating the photography shoot. Neighbors, friends and realtors highly complimented the Israel's online marketing campaign, the photography and the final sales price. Austin House Company, Israel and Jesse are class acts and we look forward to working with them in the future.

We have now had the privilege of working with Israel during three separate home purchases. From the start, Israel quickly grasps what we are looking for in a home. Because of his vast knowledge of Austin and the surrounding areas he has been able to find exactly what we were looking for in a much shorter time than we have experienced with other realtors.

He and Jessie were there beside us every step of the way. They were extremely responsive and accommodating, even when we just wanted one or two more walk-throughs. Israel’s knowledge of the real estate market, local construction costs and requirements, and negotiation skills have saved us thousands of dollars on our home purchases.

There is nobody else we would ever work with for purchasing any real estate in the Austin area.

Jesse helped us find a rental house in Northwest Austin. We spent several months looking at places around McNeil, in Cedar Park, and west Austin.

We were impressed with his knowledge of the area and he was constantly helping us debate the pros and cons of each rental house.

If you're looking to rent or buy real estate in Austin texas, the wife and I both would recommend you talk to Jesse. Absolutly great customer service.

From start to finish Israel was there in front taking care of necessities and going out his way to ensure that I was getting the best deal. He made to make all appointments and was apart of every step of the process. He gave great recommendation and questioned all questionable aspects of the home buying process. He really mad a stressful process much more tolerable since he made sure I got what I wanted and made sure it happened without me having to do anything more. I highly recommend his services.
