About Iuliia

The Agency welcomes Julia Grebeniuk to join Daniel Tzinker Team at the Bal Harbour office. Her top priority is maintaining integrity and professionalism by representing her client's best interests every step of the way and ensuring all facts are known.

Julia obtained two degrees at universities in Moscow, Russia – a Master of Science in Finance, specifically, accounting in taxation, and a bachelor’s in law.

For over ten years, Julia engaged in Real Estate-related businesses. In Russia, she worked as a manager for a design team at a construction firm. She was involved in the administration of important projects for unique clients, big companies and international investors.

After successfully concluding a project for one of her clients, Julia was appointed as project manager for the construction of a residential complex. After that, as an investor-developer and real estate agent, she created her own construction company and developed it into a sizable company.

After her son was born in 2010, her family relocated to the United States in 2017. She wanted to provide him with a great education and better opportunities to learn from the best instructors.

“I have a supportive son who believes in me and my success.”

Julia worked for the cellular division of AT&T where she was exposed to the community and the diverse nationalities of Miami. “Our store was the winner multiple times in the state in overall sales.” However, her dream was to return to Real Estate. She obtained her license and returned to the business that was her first love.

Julia cultivates honest and professional experiences with her clients that allow them to make informed real estate decisions. One word to describe her service is Quality.

In her spare time, Julia engages in sports - yoga and running. She also enjoys driving sports cars while taking in the sights of our beautiful South Florida landscape.
