Izanete Nascimento, also known as Iza, comes into real estate with a smile, and a passion for helping others.
A native of Brazil, Iza came to the United States to improve her English right after getting her Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Administration. She quickly fell in love with the American lifestyle, and explored a few available work opportunities, like hosting at restaurants, and cleaning houses. A few years later, she moved to south Florida with her husband and son, where they felt at home: Iza loves the sun and ocean! Shortly after, they purchased their first home, and it was during that time that Izanete developed an interest in real estate, finding enjoyment in the entire home buying process. Still, she felt the need to help her husband manage About Marble & Granite, the family's countertop fabrication and installation business, until the business was sold in 2010. She received several thank you letters, from many happy customers. Dealing with a stagnant US economy, Iza knew that she needed to be more creative and started importing Brazilian hair products, selling them worldwide via eBay, Amazon, and even her own website. For eight years, she successfully ran her business operations, finding enjoyment in meeting people from all over the globe. While on a family vacation in 2016, the Nascimentos were fascinated with Jacksonville and Saint Augustine, so a few months later they moved to the World Golf Village area. While house hunting, Izanete decided that it was finally time to put her heart and experience into real estate. Relocating several times has afforded Iza a sensitivity to provide her clients with a personalized plan of action. She treats each situation with the attention and uniqueness that they require, and believes in quality customer service and active communication. Her clients are guided throughout their buying and/or selling experiences genuinely. The simple act of listening to her clients needs grants her only the best reward: their appreciation.
