Welcome to Jace Hider's Real Estate page. Jace Hider has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in California since 2001, but his roots in the Real Estate industry started long before that. His father has been a Real Estate Broker for approximately 30 years, and his aunt has been a Real Estate agent for nearly 40 years, so Real Estate is in the blood. Jace is a Los Gatos native, born and raised in Los Gatos. He went to High School at Archbishop Mitty High in San Jose before playing college football and earning his BS in Marketing at the University of Nevada, Reno (the Silver and Blue, not the Red). While growing up, and before cell phones became affordable for all, he would help his father with his business. From answering phones, passing out flyers, labeling envelopes, and postcards, and even setting up open houses, he was ready to go when he graduated college and there was never a doubt in his mind that, if he weren’t in the NFL, he would be a Real Estate Broker.

Jace pride himself and his business on a few basic things. 1) He will work hard for his client, whether buying or selling, he will do his best to make the process smooth while negotiating the best price while protecting you legally. 2)He will communicate as much as possible so that you will know what is going on. 3) In any free time, he will proactively, rather than passively, look for buyers and sellers to connect with his clients as buyers and sellers.
