I have purchased two properties with Jack Castella as the realtor. Jack made both transactions go smoothly and offered sound advice throughout, giving all the information I needed. He helped the loan process by giving me a few options for loan companies and I got a good rate. Jack also helped by keeping excellent communication with the loan officer and the selling agent. In short, Jack couldn’t have been more professional and his real estate knowledge is thorough.
