Jack and his team were nothing short of exceptional to work with. His customer service oriented style shined through at every step. Every time I had an inquiry, big or small, Jack responded with an informative and caring response almost instantly. He was able to explain and define terminology, procedures, and guidelines in a way anyone would be able to understand so that anyone wouldn't be confused or feel things were being brushed over. Coupled with that was responses to questions in good time which set me at ease and made me trust the work that was being done. He utilizes his knowledge of 4-point inspection to effectively point out positives and challenges a buyer would face if they would buy the home being viewed. Through him presenting me with properties in the same area I was looking, similar to the desired property, and him building a relationship with the areas agent I was able to make a well informed negotiation offer.
