Jack Sherman

Jack is a Senior Advisor at NorthPeak Commercial Real Estate where he focuses on Multifamily sales in the Central and Metro Denver markets.

Jack began his career in Denver under the Calame Lewallen Team in 2018 and grew a passion for helping his clients build long term wealth through the power of real estate. He believes the key to client success is having an advisor with intimate knowledge of the market. Jack focuses specifically on helping his clients buy or sell multifamily properties and has directly brokered over $152 million worth of transactions on the Schaefer Sherman Team. Jack has worked with a wide range of clientele from institutional to local “mom and pop” investors. He is a driven individual who values his clients’ needs and goals to help advise them through their investment decisions and negotiations. He has worked hard to cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with his clients and strives to be a broker they can rely on.

As personal background, Jack fell in love with Denver and the opportunities it had to offer after moving from New Orleans to the foothills of Colorado. He graduated from Colorado State University with Cum Laude distinction and a double major in Finance and Real Estate.
