It is a rare and beautiful thing for highest level of professional competence to merge with the highest levels of customer service, but that's exactly the kind of harmony you can expect with Jackie Long.

Through the years, I've bought and sold several houses and worked with several realtors, and I've had high opinions of all of them when our working relationship ended. Despite those great experiences, Jackie has completely redefined my expectations.

The process began with a very pleasant in home interview in which she presented a thorough market analysis and her strategy for selling our home for the highest price in the shortest amount of time. She had facts, figures, charts, graphs, and COVID precautions ready for our review, and we ended with a helpful walk through of the home where she suggested improvements.

In the following weeks, she helped us coordinate with contractors to complete the home improvement projects she suggested, and all of her suggestions were well worth the time, energy, and money we expended.

In the days leading up to placing our house on the market, she came through and staged our home in such a way as to make it attractive to the highest number of potential buyers, and she coordinate professional photography for our high quality pictures and virtual tour. The result was that she helped us "Live, Laugh, Love" our way to multiple offers above our asking price on the first day. After we reached an agreement, she led the way on coordinating inspections and other necessities required for closing the deal.

Most importantly from my perspective, she managed my situation in a way that turned what could have been/ should have been a nightmare into something that was very reasonable and pleasant. For that, I am truly grateful.

Overall, if you are looking to buy or sell a home in Colorado, then do yourself a favor and "Just Choose Jackie!

Jackie is a very knowledgeable realtor. She helped guide me every step of the way for both buying and selling. She got us top dollar on our sell and great deal on a new place.
