Jackie Talbert

I grew up in Clear Lake near NASA, graduated Clear Lake High School in 1974. I began my first business at 21 which was a sign shop, sold it and it is still in business today. In addition to being self-employed I have also held numerous positions over the years including outside sales, store management, home building and office management. l believe customer service and clear communication is the basis of any successful business transaction. I have always provided excellent customer service in any position I have held and will continue to do so in my real estate profession. I believe business is really simple. treat people right, provide them with timely honest service and do it at a reasonable price.I also believe its important to enjoy your work and treat people nice, these days we don't see a lot of nice, so I make it my goal to be pleasant with the people I interact with. I don't think its necessary to have a lot of gimmicks and flash, just honesty and integrity. I chose to become a realtor in the last stage of my life because I have always been involved in one facet or another, my father was a realtor, I was married to a contractor, have worked in the home building and interior design industries and have several close friends who work in real estate. It is fascinating and exciting.. l genuinely like working with people and helping them understand and enjoy meeting their needs. I am not planning on retiring, so I can help people realize the dream of homeownership well into my eighties.
