I was selling and purchasing a home at the same time. I signed with Jacob to sell and help me find a new home. In less then a month Jacob sold my home close to asking price and found a home within my budget. Through the process Jacob was always professional, hardworking and always answered his phone. Jacob is the only real estate agent for me and my family.

This is my 3rd home, and worked with many other Real Estate Agents, and working with Jacob ahs been a true honor. He is extremely professional and made the process easy and friendly. He listened to my needs, and as we toured homes, listened to my like and dislikes, and continued to narrow it down to the perfect house. Even after the Offer had been accepted, he continue to fight for us, and ensured everything was smooth, and we kept informed. I would highly recommend Jacob to anyone, and you will not find a guy that will fight harder for you, and work at getting you the perfect house, or selling yours. He was a joy to work with, and I will be selling my house thru him, and buying my next one using him.

I met Jacob through a fellow work contact. He was very interested in hearing our needs and he showed us many houses where he showed such professionalism, to not only my wife and I, but to the home owners while in their houses.
