Jacob Day

Hi, I’m Jacob Day – Realtor®, Investor, and Property Manager. I’ve been in the real estate world since 2003 and officially became a licensed Realtor® in 2005. Over the years, I’ve gained experience across the board — from residential and commercial sales to multi-family investments, property management, rehab & construction, and even brokerage management. I’m currently licensed in both Michigan and Indiana, working with Keller Williams of Southwest Michigan, and I run a real estate investment and management business based right here in my hometown of Buchanan, MI. I help clients within about a 50-mile radius and absolutely love working with folks throughout the area. I grew up in South Bend, Indiana, and have lived in Buchanan since 2018. When I’m not working, you can usually find me hanging out with my daughter, Lena, or walking with our pup, Charlotte. I’m also active in several local organizations and always looking for ways to give back to the community. Whether you're buying, selling, investing, or just need advice, my goal is simple: To serve you better, no matter the situation.
