Jacob was absolutely awesome to work with both on the sale of our home and the purchase of our dream horse property. Jacob listened to our desires for a new property and he found an amazing fit for us. He also made the process of selling our home painless. I don’t know where to even start with describing how great Jacob is as a realtor and person! Simply put, if you want or need to sell your house, he will get it done and get it done fast! Jacob made the process so easy. He is knowledgeable and thorough. Jacob handled every detail and always communicated with me clearly. Aside from being an excellent realtor, he is a great person. Jacob is kind, fun, energetic, thoughtful and the list goes on. I’d like to think of Jacob not only as my realtor but also as my friend. Cannot say enough about our choice to hire Jacob Henry....we started as acquaintances, I feel as if we are friends now. I watched neighbors sell their home without a realtor, what a nightmare for them!! They watched us sail through the process from start to finish without a hiccup, ( he even held my hand through the emotional times!). Smart, caring, attention to details, that is Jacob.

I can't speak highly enough about Jacob. At no point in the whole process did we ever feel like we were alone, he was always there to answer and questions or just do a little hand holding when the stress level started to rise. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jacob to anyone I know.

Jacob was amazing! He helped us sell our home recently and it was such a smooth process. He provided direct feedback at the initial walkthrough around things that we should do to prepare our home to sell. He was so communicative, made sure we didn’t have questions or concerns and he always had a smile on his face. I gave Jacob some tight timelines as our family was moving across the country and he accomplished everything I asked!! We are so grateful for him and if you need someone who will help you buy/sell your home, he is your person!

If I could give Jacob 10 stars I would. While looking in a swift market he was able to be flexible and quickly get showings setup for us. When we found a property, his knowledge of how to make an appealing offer to the seller based on his experience in the area helped us get a same day acceptance. When closing time came there was an issue out of our or his control and he was communicative and transparent. We would recommend Jacob over and over.

I have no bad things to say about our experience with Jacob and the list of great things goes on and on. We feel very fortunate to have stumbled onto Jacob through another showing and he ultimately helped us close on an intricate and complicated property of our dreams. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, educating, and willing to dig into and research the complicated matters. He is warm, welcoming, and professional all at the same time. I always felt he had our best interests at heart. We would 110% recommend Jacob and know that if we look to purchase another home in the future, Jacob will be who we contact first.

We worked with Jacob September 2021 on the purchase of our new home in Wisconsin. Jacob far exceeded our expectations and got us not only a good deal but also our dream house!
I believe my husband and I were extra challenging because we bought this house from out of state. I totally trust Jacob's opinion and he has a great eye. He worked very hard for us and even helped us on making decisions about the sale of our house in Colorado, even though he didn't have to.
His communication skills are top notch! I would highly recommend Jacob and give him seven out of five stars! A ++ job!
