Jacob Sopeland

Jake was born and raised in Payson Arizona and is a third generation Arizona Realtor. Jake chose to leave the familiarity of his mountain community after graduation to attend college in California, and also studied in Central Europe. After receiving his degree, Jake elected to return to Rim Country to raise his family. In additional to bringing extensive knowledge of Payson and Rim Country in his representation of clients, Jake also has a high degree of experience in construction having grown up in a construction family and has built several of his own homes. Jake has an extensive group of builder clients that he actively assists in selling their builder specs, so if you are interested in a new home or looking for a builder to build on your lot, Jake can assist from start to finish. Jake goes above and beyond in representing his clients, whether buying or selling, and is an aggressive advocate to represent client interests.
