I am a first time homebuyer and was admittedly a bit of a pain. I asked a million questions (some multiple times of course) and required a helping hand and shoulder to lean on. That is what I got from Jacque- much more than a personal touch. She was my sidekick and confidant through it all and I could not have done it without her! Jacque ensured I was informed on every decision I had to make. She did her own due diligence in researching and even went above and beyond getting me what I needed, when I needed it. She gave me honest advice and recommendations for helping with concerns on specific homes, as well as general tips for being a homeowner. She was a delight to work with and almost always available. What a pleasure to work with Jacque on our home purchase. She was a full-service agent and constantly stayed in contact with us. We are located out of Austin and buying a place for our student. She was right there every step of the way to assist and made the entire transaction very smooth. She is very professional, courteous and is always very easy to contact by many electronic and personal means.
