I was in the market for an investment property. I didn't want one of those sleazy agents with a fake smile driving a brand new Mercedes trying so hard to impress me with their "success". Jackie is a real person who listened and made the process pain-free.

She sent me a few homes on a week when I was particularly busy. I didn't have time to look at the listings for a day or two. But she booked a showing anyways (we could always cancel) just to make sure we got in, and gave me a call saying we needed to look at this one.

Sure enough, it was perfect. The home was on the market for only a day. Thanks to her, we didn't miss it. And, with her guidance, we put together a clever offer and got the home. It was a huge win, and I couldn't be happier!

Jackie is a professional realtor I can count on to get the job done. Always on time, eager to meet the clients and stir things up with the facts to get the buyer excited about the deals. Very resourceful and thorough to make sure of the details. Easy to collaborate with both buyer and seller. I've had 4 different realtors that listed my buildings during the past ten years with just a few low ball offers and when the last one expired I assigned Jackie to list my two commercial buildings on Brookpark Road in Parma, Ohio. She was eager and motivated as she brought in the buyers. She was able to sell my two buildings for "CASH" and "As Is" at the asking price. I'm greatly pleased to use her services again on my next real estate venture.
