Jae Wu

Jae Wu is the co-owner of Heyler Realty, GLAR Region 1 Vice-Chair, and President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® Los Angeles/Beverly Hills for 2023 and 2024. Since 1996, she has helped thousands achieve their real estate goals through a blend of experience, hard work, and fierce loyalty. Jae combines competitive negotiation skills with a caring nature to deliver ideal results and build lifelong relationships.

An industry leader, Jae is a ten-time recipient of the Los Angeles Five-Star Real Estate Agent award. Her certifications include Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), and Certified Negotiations Specialist. Known for her dedication and integrity, Jae’s network in LA is so extensive that colleagues often joke there’s only one degree of separation between her and anyone in the city.

Beyond real estate, Jae actively serves her community. She is the 2023 Co-Chair of the American Cancer Society's Cal Spirit event, president of her local school's PTA, and a member of the Los Angeles Neighborhood Council. She also leads the Westside Women’s Affinity Group of Provisors, connecting top women professionals across finance, law, and real estate.

Jae’s background in the mortgage industry strengthens her real estate expertise. She and business partner Sean McMillan, former mortgage colleagues, bought Heyler Realty in 2011 to realize their shared vision of exceptional client care and community service. Together, they offer over 60 years of combined real estate experience in LA, delivering seamless, concierge-level service.

A longtime Westsider, Jae lives in Westwood with her husband, Larry, and sons, Ryan and Jake. She embraces life fully, enjoying beach volleyball, golf, tennis, hiking, and a passion for great food and wine. Her commitment to excellence and community defines her as both a top real estate professional and a valued local leader.
