Jaime has my MOST ENTHUSIASTIC RECOMMENDATION for any and all real estate dealings. After interviewing multiple realtors prior to this transaction, I now will never need to do it again. She will handle all property transactions for me from here forward. Her in-depth familiarity with Temecula and Murrieta extends throughout the entire Inland Empire and enables her to identify and communicate benefits and shortfalls of each specific community. I placed my house on the market anticipating a period of time to house hunt. That period was impacted by an immediate full priced offer that initiated a prompt and intense property search. With a tight timeframe for locating the perfect property, Mrs. Trimble worked tirelessly to identify exactly what I wanted. Within 1 hour of contact, she had an MLS drip working, and by the weekend we had visited over twenty properties. Her honest and unbiased opinion of schools, property locations, and floor plans was a refreshing change from the norm. I have seen my fair share of interaction between home owners, lenders, developers, builders and real estate firms, but have never experienced such a seamless communication and information flow with zero effort on my part. Jaime is absolutely fantastic. My family and I had no clue as to how to buy a house. Jaime was very patient showing us houses and gave us her honest opinion when we needed it.
