Jake Cole

Jake Cole, a second-generation realtor, who grew up watching his mother sell homes and his father building residential homes realized at a young age his passion for real estate. He received his TN real estate license while he was in college, pursuing a degree in Finance. Jake moved to Charleston, SC and decided to get his license there as well. While selling real estate in Charleston, Jake visited his family in Destin over the holidays, and fell in love with 30A and all the new, growing developments. Jake specializes in luxury properties along 30A, Miramar Beach, and Destin. He has been living here on the Emerald Coast since 2015 doing what he loves, and finally where he loves. In his free time, you can catch Jake playing golf, tennis, working out, paddle boarding, deep sea fishing, or at the beach. He also enjoys Jeep rides with his dog Palmer, and all the fun outdoor activities the Emerald Coast has to offer with his beautiful wife Ashley.
