Jake deserves the greatest praise in the world for being such an incredible real estate agent and advocate. He helped us navigate the stress and confusion with finding and purchasing my partner and my very first home. He walked us through all of the steps with patience and care. Jake and Jessica just helped us close on our first home together! They were very patient with us as we weren't sure what type of house we wanted. They were also accommodating when it came to showings as my husband and I sometimes worked different shifts. Jake and Jessica had a very positive outlook even when our other offers weren't accepted. In the end, they helped us find the right house in the perfect area for us where we were able to assume the sellers loan! Something my husband and I didn't know was possible.

We stumbled upon Jake and Jessica while browsing social media to learn more about the Rochester area. I can honestly say that this has been the smoothest house hunting and purchasing process we have ever had. We were moving states and Jake and Jessica made sure that we did not have to make multiple trips. They handled coordinating a full day of house shopping and when we decided to put an offer in, they did not pressure us yet handled the offer with professionalism. There were no hiccups, but we felt confident that they could have handled anything thrown their way. We will definitely use them again as well as refer anyone we know who will be house shopping/selling in the future.

I can’t say enough great things about Jake. He helped me purchase my first home which also doubles as an investment property. Jake is very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through every step. I looked at places for over a year until I finally found “the one”. Not once did Jake ever pressure me into buying if I wasn’t completely sold on a place. If you’re in the market to purchase a primary home or if you’re interested in real estate investing, Jake is your guy! I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

When you talk about being dedicated to your craft, take a look at what Jake and Josh Huglen do for themselves, their clients, their partners, etc. You want someone that will represent you vigorously and they do exactly that.
