Jamaria made selling my home a quick and very easy process. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable trusting her with selling my home and wouldn’t choose anyone else. She literally went above and beyond to make sure my home was ready to go which I am very grateful for, she really cares about her clients. It was a great experience she made sure that I was taken care of last minute and I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

So um Google Reviews is truly failing us right now because Jamaria Washington deserves a 20 Star review in my book. Here’s 16 reasons why: 16 Months… 16 Months of Home ownership and I walked away with almost 6 figures. Let’s take a moment to reflect: 16 Months ago my active duty, Sister-in-arms, Jamaria, talked me into buying my first house. Being the young, over-thinking, inexperienced buyer that I was, I was terrified. I couldn’t wrap my head around how making such a huge financial move would be the best investment decision of my life, especially if I ended up being there short term in the event I were to PCS. But dang, her infectious confidence, unmatched motivation, and ability to navigate the ins and outs of this process & recognize my dire needs for a secluded space to call my own was enough for me to give her a shot...So I did. Jamaria was my realtor during the bargaining acquire of my dream home in North Crestview back in December of 2020. It was an unheard of deal. 3 bedrooms, two baths AND a shed perched on almost 5 ACRES of land WITH LAKE ACCESS. To this day peers are in disbelief that I snagged such a deal, but I tell them everytime all glory goes to my badass realtor. Being the charming businesswomen that she was, she negotiated this property to a mere 229k to suit my budget w/o me having to spend a single cent🤯🤯🤯. Not a SINGLE CENT was spent on my end during this transaction. I was shook to my core. So shook that I just HAD to choose her as my realtor again during the sale of my home when I got picked up for this PCS assignment only a year after purchasing this home. Despite my doubtful attitude throughout this sale, Jamaria held my hand every step of the way despite wanting to smack me with it. As soon as I notified her of my need to sell my house ASAP, she effortlessly found my literal DREAM buyer, negotiated my DREAM OFFER, AND got my house sold so quick that I barely moved out in time!!!! ALL WHILE 6 MONTHS PREGNANT. Yes you read that correctly. I’m telling you NOBODY hustles like her. Periodt. After just over a year of ownership, my house sold for $110K MORE than what I bought it for and she is solely responsible for that. Needless to say, I’m set for life. Now stop reading this review and give this Queen a call Today. ASAP no Rocky. Jamaria I love you Sis. There aren't enough thank you's in the world to express my gratitude

Jamaria was amazing to work with. It was our first time buying a home, and she made the process so easy for us. She was there through everything. Having her help us, and explain the whole process was a big help. Being younger we were afraid of people trying to take advantage, but she had our backs and made sure no one gave us a hard time. Jamaria is one of the best if not the best realtors I’ve ever come across. Not only is she knowledgeable in the many facets of property, development, appraisals, marketing, selling, leasing, and management of commercial, industrial, residential, and agricultural properties, credit… basically EVERYTHING regarding the real estate industry! No need to search for a Florida realtor, you've found her already. Jamaria is incredible; she has top tier communication, goes to work to find what you need immediately, and really goes out of her way to help you house hunt efficiently. When our on base housing plans fell through, we called Jamaria and within two days she found houses for us to look at, advised us on how to make strong offers, and shortly thereafter we had an offer accepted. Her wealth of knowledge and understanding of military life is invaluable to helping fellow active duty families like us find a next home. I came to Jamaria for help on the necessary process to buying a house. We really had no knowledge on it and at the time we were just playing with the idea. We were not moving to a state near her, but I knew here from the Military so I figured she was the best person to ask. Jamaria went out of her way to answer our questions and referred us to someone who would be in the area we were moving to. Even after the referral and us working with her friend, she consistently followed up with us on how our process was going if we had any questions, and lended and ear when I felt like giving up through this crazy real-estate market. I will forever be thankful for all of her help and her part in making this dream a reality.

Jamaria, you’re a miracle worker. You’ve been incredible to me these past few months. You were literally the only person I trusted throughout this entire process, which truly speaks volumes because I don't trust very many people in general...ESPECIALLY when there’s money involved. This has been the largest decision I’ve ever had to make, and I feel as though I was in the best of hands throughout this entire process despite being so clueless. For any young military buyers out there, Jamaria is the only way to go. Period. She is Active Duty military herself, so not only does she know how to navigate the real estate world like the back of her hand, but she is also fluent in our language as well. No one would understand us better than another one of our own so I wouldn’t even confide in anyone else throughout this long, exhausting process. She made my journey towards home-owning completely painless and so much less complicated and intimidating. My experience with Jamaria was absolutely phenomenal. Due to duty restrictions my home buying experience was a bit different. She helped me buy my home without me ever seeing it in person and she nailed it! She is extremely knowledgeable and she had a vast network of people who can assist with insurance, loans, etc. Jamaria, is very attentive and she made my transition to Florida very smooth. She went above and beyond in many cases.
