When I tell you James is a beast, I mean this man is a beast! He is very reliable and knows the market well. I sat with him to talk about buying because I was on the fence. Still, the way he explained the simplicity of the buying process and broke down the comparison between renting vs. buying, I was ready to get to work. I'm not an easy guy to impress, and after I met with James, I was thoroughly impressed.
