James sold my house after two others before him couldn’t. He is an absolute professional, thorough, and went above and beyond to help me during an extremely distressing time. Our parents both recently passed away at the start of the pandemic. My sister and I were lost at what to do with their home during our grieving time. Jim was recommended by one of our parents’ neighbor. We were originally very skeptical about hiring him as we knew very little about the auction approach. Jim patiently explained the entire process to us and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and understanding of our needs. The home was listed and had over 20 showings in one day and 7 offers two days later. We were able to sell our parents home for quite a bit more than asking price and the home never made it to auction. We highly recommend and trust Jim the handling of our real estate affairs.
