James Grigg

Prior to Florida, Jim has been a licensed agent in both NY and NJ beginning in the 1980s and has a current license working as an agent buying and selling luxury real estate in New Jersey. His executive background as a firsthand manager and sales director combines with 20-plus years of experience as a business owner, making Jim a well-rounded and highly professional sales associate. In addition to the real estate industry, he has worked in the manufacturing and medical fields. Jim has an uncanny ability to hone in on his clients’ needs and he also possesses a rare understanding of their requirements as a buyer or seller. Having moved several times, Jim is familiar with the challenges of building a home, moving, and relocating. Married to his wife Connie for over 20 years, the couple has two daughters in college and a son in high school. Jim is excited to be a waterfront resident of Queen's Harbour in Jacksonville. In his free time, Jim enjoys sailing, hiking, tennis, travel, cycling, gardening, and summer vacations in Nantucket. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Marketing specialty from The State University of New York. Giving back to the local community is important to Jim, who has been involved in various organizations including U.S. Sailing and the Boy Scouts of America. He has been the Scoutmaster where he has been responsible for over fifty youths and over twenty adult volunteers.
