Jim discovered his passion for helping people realize the dream of home ownership when he relocated to SW Florida in August of 2021. Jim joined Shelly Olsen, his lifelong friend, in her successful real estate group shortly after relocating. He works tirelessly to find buyers the perfect home for their needs at the right price for their budget.

A Valuable Community Resource: Jim has made his home in Babcock National Golf and Country Club in the new Babcock Ranch community. He devotes his free time to exploring the neighborhood. He is fast becoming the local expert on everything from the local builders and their floor plan options to nightlife, restaurants, and local events.

A Responsive and Proactive Agent: Jim is always available and promptly returns phone calls. He believes there are no dumb questions and doesn’t quit until his clients are satisfied.

When Jim isn’t working or spending quality time with family and friends, you’ll find him swimming in one of the gorgeous Babcock pools or enjoying a relaxing, scenic boat ride on one of our beautiful bodies of water.
