The housing market is insane right now and you need to have someone in your corner who understands the market and how to get the job done. That was Jordan for us. He guided us to a winning strategy. I appreciated how he was always available by call/text and was able to explain the process to us in English, not “broker” talk. I wanted to understand everything about the process of buying a home (bc we were spending soo much money and were first time home owners) and Jordan always took the time to explain things and made me feel comfortable. When my father-in-law passed away, we interviewed five different realtors to sell his house. Jim Mulvey came out as the clear winner! He was extremely professional and kind, and he was sensitive to the fact that it was emotional for us to sell my husband’s childhood home.
