In selling the house I inherited Jim Mulvey proved to be extraordinarily knowledgeabe of every house recently sold or currently for sale in the local market, which enabled him to get what I believe was as good a price for the house as I reasonably could have expected, especially under the time pressure created by the local school calendar. In doing so he recommended a number of what amounted to cosmetic improvements or updates, most of which proved very helpful. I did decline a couple suggestions that I didn't think would prove cost effective, but I can't swear that I was correct about these. Especially at and surrounding the closing Jim took care of a surprising number of last-minute details that no one not intimately familiar with the process of buying and selling houses would be familiar with. Also, the lawyer he recommended to handle the transaction did excellent work at a fair price. In sum, Jim Mulvey is conscientious, dedicated, honest, eztremely knowledgeable and understandably a very busy agent.

The housing market is insane right now and you need to have someone in your corner who understands the market and how to get the job done. That was Jordan for us. He guided us to a winning strategy. I appreciated how he was always available by call/text and was able to explain the process to us in English, not “broker” talk. When my father-in-law passed away, we interviewed five different realtors to sell his house. Jim Mulvey came out as the clear winner! He was extremely professional and kind, and he was sensitive to the fact that it was emotional for us to sell my husband’s childhood home. We felt overwhelmed about emptying the contents of my father-in-law’s house and prepping it for sale, but Jim took care of everything! He and his contacts arranged for an estate sale, charities to come and collect what remained, and contractors to come and make repairs.
