In selling the house I inherited Jim Mulvey proved to be extraordinarily knowledgeabe of every house recently sold or currently for sale in the local market, which enabled him to get what I believe was as good a price for the house as I reasonably could have expected, especially under the time pressure created by the local school calendar. In doing so he recommended a number of what amounted to cosmetic improvements or updates, most of which proved very helpful. I did decline a couple suggestions that I didn't think would prove cost effective, but I can't swear that I was correct about these. Especially at and surrounding the closing Jim took care of a surprising number of last-minute details that no one not intimately familiar with the process of buying and selling houses would be familiar with. Also, the lawyer he recommended to handle the transaction did excellent work at a fair price. In sum, Jim Mulvey is conscientious, dedicated, honest, eztremely knowledgeable and understandably a very busy agent.

The housing market is insane right now and you need to have someone in your corner who understands the market and how to get the job done. That was Jordan for us. He guided us to a winning strategy. He was extremely professional and kind, and he was sensitive to the fact that it was emotional for us to sell my husband’s childhood home. In every house he could tell us the system that is available (for heating, cooling, water, etc) and could explain to us how it worked, how well it worked, the upkeep, the cost/saving for replacement and so much more. We were impressed but knew when we struck gold when other agents would ask him questions for their clients (in front us us) at a house showing (this happened so often!). Once we found our house Jim was there to help us through the whole process and once we closed he had helped us with referrals for projects we needed to do (landscaping, contractors, floors, etc).
