Jim was born and raised in Austin, Texas, where his family has built a strong legacy in the real estate business, spanning over 50 years. From a young age, Jim was immersed in the industry, working alongside his family to manage rental properties. This early hands-on experience fueled his passion for real estate and would eventually shape his professional path.
After high school, Jim attended Texas A&M University in College Station, where he not only further developed his skills but also worked on remodeling homes in the Bryan/College Station area to help pay for his education. He earned a Master's degree in Marketing, which deepened his understanding of business strategy and consumer behavior.
In 2005, Jim moved to Tyler, Texas, where he worked with a non-profit organization. However, in 2016, he decided to shift careers and return to his roots in real estate. Armed with his background in real estate, marketing, and hands-on property management, Jim quickly became a skilled expert in helping both buyers and investors navigate the competitive real estate market. His ability to negotiate favorable contract terms has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor for those looking to sell their home, purchase the perfect home or find an investment property.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jim is a dedicated family man who enjoys supporting his children at their team and individual sports events. A sports enthusiast himself, Jim cheers on Texas A&M, he’s loves playing golf with his wife and family, and spends his summers on the water skiing, wakeboarding, or barefooting.
