As a homeowner and resident at one of the premier San Francisco high rise buildings, The Millennium, James continues to add value for his clients by advising based on first-hand experience.

Prior to establishing his real estate practice, James worked as a marketing executive for a local advertising agency with clients including The Walt Disney Company, Verizon and Conde Nast.

James's professional education credits include a master's degree in business administration from Binghamton University in New York and a bachelor of science degree in marketing from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University.

In addition to his passion for all things San Francisco, James enjoys visits to his family home in Pennsylvania, traveling, and cooking and hosting for friends.
