James Therrien

"I don’t sell houses. I help clients buy and sell homes." Jim lives in Hampton with his wife Ann. He has many years of experience in sales, marketing, logistics and customer service. Jim has served in local government as a Selectman, Planning Board Member and Zoning Board Member and Cemetery Trustee. Jim is a Justice of the Peace for the State of New Hampshire. Jim has served on the NH Real Estate Commission for many years. Jim has been involved with the Seacoast Board of REALTORS ® and was on the board of directors for many years including being President. ;He has served in many capacities as a member of the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® board of directors. Jim is a lifetime level member of the NHAR Honor Society Committee and received Top Honor Award for the Seacoast Board of REALTORS® for many years. Jim is a two-time past recipient of REALTOR® of The Year for the Seacoast Board of REALTORS. The New Hampshire Magazine awarded Jim as one of NH Top Real Estate Agents as voted by his peers and clients. He was also awarded The Distinguished Service Award from the Seacoast Board of REALTORS.
