Over 25 years of experience, Jim is the President and Managing Owner of KPG Commercial Management. Having launched and operated a large commercial investment fund, Jim’s background covers the entire life cycle of the commercial real estate industry: from land development to lease negotiations, property management to project financing. His diverse experience has given him the insights to forge a unique style of asset management, designed to create and preserve value for property owners. In addition to overseeing the management company, Jim self-performs many handpicked brokerage and consulting assignments, seeking to add value to every transaction.
