About Jami

I am proud to be a Hoosier—born in Indianapolis and raised in and around the greater Indianapolis area. Growing up in a family that moved frequently taught me adaptability, resilience, and the importance of creating a space that truly feels like home. I graduated from Noblesville High School and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in both, Business Management and Marketing, from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. I also earned a Bachelor of Fine Art in Interior Design from the Art Institute in Atlanta.
I bring a strategic, design-forward, and detail-driven approach to helping homes stand out and sell. With a strong background in business, marketing, and interior design, I understand how positioning, presentation, and thoughtful preparation directly impact a home’s marketability and final sales price. I work closely with sellers to provide guidance on staging, layout, design choices, and pre-listing improvements that help maximize appeal and attract the right buyers. My experience in interior design—spanning hospitality and high-end residential projects—has trained my eye to see a home through the lens of today’s buyer. I know how to highlight architectural features, improve flow, and create spaces that feel warm, functional, and inviting. Combined with my marketing expertise, I help ensure each listing is presented with intention, professionalism, and a strong visual story across all platforms. I believe preparation, strategy, and clear communication are key to a successful sale. From the first consultation through closing, I am committed to guiding clients with honesty, creativity, and confidence, while keeping their goals front and center.
Family remains at the heart of everything I do. I am married to Jeremy Ross, have a bonus child, Shelby, and baby dog, Jethro. The majority of my extended family still live in the greater Indianapolis area, and I’m grateful to serve the community I call home. My goal is simple: to help sellers present their homes in the best possible light, achieve strong results, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
