Jamie Adler was truly a guide in selling our home. She was accessible from early mornings to late evenings to answer our questions and calm our concerns, by text, email, or phone. Jamie helped us walk away from a buyer who turned out to be difficult and seemed to us not in our best interest. She helped us quickly list the house a second time and start looking for another buyer. When the situation became difficult again, she jumped into action, making many phone calls including the lender, and later on finally calling the title company. That phone call actually saved the sale of our house from falling apart. Jamie has a quick sense of what needs to be done, and she advises based on good real estate sales procedures rather than from emotions. Without hesitation we would recommend Jamie to guide you through the sale of your property or home. You will thank yourself, and Jamie, that you called upon her when your sale is complete!

My wife and I were very impressed with the sense of urgency, attention to detail, and general real estate expertise demonstrated by Jamie Adler and her team recently. We had a nuanced property (aka fixer upper) to sell in a deteriorating, rising interest rate market. In addition, we had already moved to another state! Jamie had a solution for every single issue that arose, from donating furnishings, making minor repairs, and the like. She was constantly on our property meeting and collaborating with Buyer's representation and contractors. We've never seen such commitment from a Realtor, and my wife used to be one! We highly recommend Jamie Adler; you won't be disappointed.
