We worked with Jamie on the purchase of our new home and sale of our former home this summer as the market was rapidly changing. Jamie helped us navigate aggressive timelines so we could get the best pricing for our former home. She is incredibly thorough and organized, staged our home and had some of the best vendors working with us to ensure our listing was the best among listings! It worked and we had our house under contract in 4 days for full asking price! She knew we had a checklist a mile long for a new house and she was patient and persistent in finding us our dream home and when an opportunity came up, she lead the way and got us under contract within 48 hours! We’ve bought and sold several house and this BY FAR was the best experience! Jamie understands the crazy Denver metro market and I HIGHLY recommend her to help buy or sell your home!!

If you're reading this then you are thinking of buying or selling a house. It's a crazy market out there that's changing every day. What was considered a "strong" offer six months ago may not be the right combination of things today. What is a good asking price given current market dynamics? Too high might ultimately net you less as it discourages competitive bidding. Too low might also tether the ceiling to lower than it could have been. Given how rapidly things are changing it's difficult to keep up and make informed decisions.

This is where Jamie excels. We sold our beloved house through her and purchased our new one through her as well. She is a data sponge who has her finger on the ebb and flow of the Denver real estate market. In both phases of our business relationship with Jamie we were able to leverage that diligence and data-oriented approach to great effect. On the buying end we were able to locate a property that not only is amazing today, but also has significant, untapped, equity potential. On the selling end she helped us price our home perfectly such that we got multiple strong offers very quickly.

Jamie is wonderful! She was so helpful through our whole house searching and closing process. A few things that I totally love that Jamie did for us. She was on top of sending us home searches that we were interested in. She sent us lots of great information on schools, crime rates in different cities, community information, etc. she was in constant communication with us, our lender, and the sales agent on our house. Jamie continues to help us! We have now closed on our home and there are a few things that aren’t up to par and she is still communicating with us, that sales agent, and the builder.
