Every step of the way, she was always available and made my real estate transactions smooth and easy. Jamie Durity has been my real estate advisor for the past twelve years. I call her an “advisor” because that is exactly the role she takes in her transactions. Not there to just make a sale, she works diligently to make sure you are making the right decision on property. Prior to meeting Jamie, I worked with and knew other agents however; none of them have even come close to Jamie’s knowledge of real estate and her high degree of professionalism. I have even referred her to several of my friends who were looking to purchase or sell a home. One instance in particular was when my mother passed away and needed to handle the sale of her home. Although my mother’s house was in Northern California, Jamie stepped in and handled the entire transaction from here in Southern California, which took a tremendous amount of pressure off of me at such a difficult time. I’ll be selling my current house in the near future, and Jamie will be the person I enlist to handle the sale of my home and the purchase of new one!

She was competent. We were very impressed with her expertise throughout the whole process from listing our house to closing Escorw, and finding a second home for us. She displayed great professionalism in the way she takes care of her clients. The one point to mention is her amazing communication, we had no surprises, what ever we discussed at the time of our offer remained the same till the closing. Jamie Durity and her expertise came into my life at the perfect time. I was in need of purchasing a new home before the end of the year, and was referred to Jamie by a close friend. Being a working mother, a part time student and going through a divorce, all while finalizing living arrangements, was very stressful at the time. Jamie made my schedule a top priority. I met Jamie at a social gathering last year and spoke with her briefly about my desire to move to a new residence. At the time, I was only looking to rent with the idea of eventually buying a home.
