Finding a new home can be difficult if you do not have a great realtor helping you along the way. Look no further, Bryan and Jamie Hunsberger are those realtors! We moved to a new state did not know anyone, met them at an open house and asked them to be our real estate agents based on a good feeling when meeting them. They utilize the most update technology with quick MLS seraching for us, and help my wife and I every step of the way. With 14 years experience behind them you can trust you have someone that has open communication to meet your needs and budget. We found our house fairly quick at a good market value, when we negotiated a price Bryan & Jamie had quick documentation drafting and e-signature ease. The overall experience was fantastic! They are a great team, I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market to purchase a home. They also accommodate my 3 daughters into our house visit as well.

If I could give a thousand stars I would. Me and my fiance met Jamie and Bryan at an open house early January of 2025. We were new to house hunting and had no idea where to start or what to do. A few months later we reached out to Jamie and we immediately got started. Her and Bryan walked us through absolutely everything and it was the easiest transition. Being a first time home owner was scary at first but they made it so fun

Jamie was absolutely amazing to work with from
Day 1 when we started the interview process. She was very thorough, gave wonderful insights of things to improve in our house to get it show ready. Then she spent so many hours staging the house and bringing in furniture for the house. I was just blown away at how much time effort and energy she put into getting our house ready to go on the market for a second time. Jamie along with her husband kept reminding us that they were looking at this with fresh eyes and that they were very excited about getting our house listed and sold. That is exactly what they did. Jamie held an open house on her birthday and another the day after her birthday. She was able to get multiple offers on our house in 2 days which was astounding to us because it had previously been on the market with a different realtor and we had nap movement or offers. Jamie is honest, genuine, caring, and has a strong desire to get her clients a great house or get a house sold for her clients for top dollar. If you are looking for an agent Jamie is the one! Thank you Jamie so much I will forever be recommending you to people I know!

Jamie has by far been the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. She goes above and beyond for her clients. I was working out of state for a little bit and she showed us houses the day after Christmas and even on New Years Eve. She will tell you exactly how she feels about a property and give you very valid recommendations. She really does have your best interest in mind. I would give her more stars if I could. She's the 3rd realtor I've had over the years, and the only one who was real, genuine, and very much interested in helping us find the right house (vs. just looking for a quick/expensive sale).
