Jamie Kim

Following her dad’s steps, Jamie has owned multiple businesses which includes a music studio where she taught piano professionally for 19 years. After owning a successful private health and fitness gym, Jamie found her true calling when she was first exposed to Real Estate.

Jamie sold new construction projects in various states across the nation and confidently served prestigious Luxury Home market in Southern California. Now she runs an Investment firm that handles acquisition and disposition of distressed properties to new development projects. Fixed and flipped over 300 residential and multifamily units and helped increase portfolios for the substantial number of joint venture partners. Currently she is developing apartments and townhomes throughout Southern California. Jamie is grateful for the love and support from God, family and for the amazing teammates. Now Jamie’s purpose and passion lies in helping others to create wealth through real estate and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
