Jamie is AMAZING!! From the moment we met her, 6 months before listing our Virginia Beach house, we could tell there was something special about her.
We had a unique case, in that we owned our house in Virginia, but live in Illinois. We took 2 different trips to Virginia to meet in person with Jamie and do a final preparation of the house for selling. She was so kind, courteous, professional, relatable, organized, and truly showed a personal kind of care that you usually only receive from a family member or very close friend. She took great care to calm all our fears and ease the anxiety that comes with selling a house. As you can imagine, it's hard to trust a stranger with taking care of YOUR house, but I am honored to say that we count her as family now. She has been, and continues to be, such a blessing to us.
Whether you are looking to buy, sell, or find a rental for yourself, trust me when I say this, you will not find a better person to entrust such a big decision to. Thank you for being such a blessing to us, Jamie!

Jamie is a fantastic real estate agent! She was just the right agent to help us purchase a home in 2018 and then again in 2020 when we sold our house. She provided an amazing experience for me wife and I through both the buying and selling process. As our agent when we purchased a home, I appreciated that she listened to us as to what we were looking for and wasn't pushing us to look at things outside what we wanted. She was patient and connected us with the perfect place for us that we loved. Similarly, when we sold, she was effective and fantastic, but she understood our timeline, desires and needs in the selling process and ensured they were met. I would recommend for a first-time homebuyer or someone buying or selling for the 25th time to call Jamie. She will take great care of you in your individual situation.

I must start off that I highly recommend Jamie Potts! My husband and I recently sold our house with her, and we are so glad that we chose her! She met with us prior to us listing our house as we had a number of questions on the process, and she was patient to listen and answer each and every question. Our house sold quickly after it was listed for the full value, and we were confident we got a great deal and great listing price. There were some hiccups along the way with the inspection and requests from the buyers, and she handled all of the back and forth so well which took it all off our shoulders. She made it super easy for us and allowed us to worry about finalizing our move and packing everything up while she worked through all the details that come with selling. The main thing we appreciated was her availability. As questions arose, we texted, emailed a few times, and called her directly a few times and she was responsive to us each time! It was amazing to see how quickly she responded. Every interaction was very professional yet personal and thoughtful. She's an expert in what she does but she also has an ability to listen well and connect with the client to show she cares and is there to support us. I highly recommend Jamie to be your realtor whether you're buying or selling or even recommend reaching out to chat with her if you're considering either. She's amazing!!

Jamie is the best realtor I've had. She had so much patience when we were looking for our new home. She spent so much time finding our wants and needs and finding homes to reach them. She even found a way to broaden her search, while keeping our needs in mind, to show an expanded list, which showed us the perfect house. That's the only reason we came to see the home we bought for our family. She was meticulous in thoroughly reading all documentation to ensure accuracy and understanding.
