Jamie Poulin

Jamie Poulin was raised in the small community of Farmington, NH. Born into a Family run Furniture business, she has always had a strong passion for customer service. After purchasing her first home in 2005 at the early age of twenty-one, Jamie realized there was a process to purchasing homes and felt she could help make the process much smoother than she had experienced. Over the next years Jamie gained an excitement for everything Real Estate. In January 2011 Jamie Received her Real Estate License and quickly begin helping buyers. After helping friends and family she began receiving business from other clients that had noticed her hustle and passion. From her experience working with buyers, she was able to transition into helping Sellers prepare for what a buyer would be focused on. With a great skill of setting that right Selling price, Jamie became the #1 agent in Volume & Units Sold in 2018 & 2019 in her hometown. Jamie and her Husband have made real estate investments and moves over the years. She believes buying, selling, and investing in Real Estate, helps remind her of what her clients go through. She has proven to problem solve and thinking outside the box. Helping clients focus on their goals and handling any issue that can arise during the Real Estate transaction. In 2020 Jamie took a chance on a project in North Carolina and is very Thankful for the support she received. During that time, she discovered Realty One Group Next Level. Jamie is very excited to have a fun, supportive, and professional work environment. Realty One Group Next Level provides the tools and incentive for her to engage and support her clients through each real estate transaction. One of Jamie's favorite sayings is Work Hard, Play hard. When she is not assisting with Real Estate, you can find her at a Motocross Track with her boys or boating on one of New Hampshire's beautiful Lakes!
