He was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable about the local market and the entire process, was thorough and diligent in his preparations, and very responsive to communications at all times of day. Jamie Tsai is truly exceptional.
Tired of “good enough” products and services? I am! Looking for the best Realtor who “does more”—and makes you feel like your needs are first priority? I was! Luckily, I found Jamie Tsai expectations are established appropriately and met. Jamie Tsai exceeded in both aspects.
The amount of effort and time he put into walking me through the process is unbelievable.
Jamie was always available to provide me with the information that I needed (or didn’t need, but needed for the sake of my sanity) – every decision that I made, small or big, mattered to him. Not only did I feel like I had all the information I need to make those decisions, but I also felt like I was in good hands.
Obviously, making an informed decision is the most important part of buying or selling a home. But personally, as being “emotionally” invested having someone who properly set, managed, and came through with: expectations was such a lifesaver and made me feel so at ease throughout the entire process.
It’s easy to push paper and get the signatures, but Jamie is really focused on making sure people are satisfied through the process and with the outcome.
Jamie Tsai Agent went above and beyond (as I’m positive he does with all of their clients) and truly made me feel like I had a confidant/partner throughout.

Jaime was the most straightforward and easiest agent to work with! We needed to find an apartment quickly, and he got us a tour, a lease, and in contact with the landlord within the day. The apartment is so spacious, clean, and very affordable.

Not only that, he connected us with renter's insurance and the utility contacts. He makes sure that EVERYTHING is ready for you to move in. He'll even make sure that your move-in date doesn't conflict with others in the building!

I will definitely be going back to him in the future when I decide to move again. I never had an apartment hunt and move-in experience this easy before!

Jamie Tsai was wonderful to work with when looking for an apartment to rent in West LA. He has been incredibly quick to respond, caring, kind, and very transparent throughout the entire application and leasing process. My husband and I were moving from across the country and were having trouble trying to schedule virtual showings of potential apartments with other apartment managers. Jamie was easy to work with and accommodated our busy schedules.

Jamie is an efficient and caring apartment manager and liason. My overall experience with applying & completing the lease for my apartment in Culver City was great! I have had the pleasure of renting a townhouse for the past 3 years, which Jaime Tsai is the property manager for. I've lived in Los Angeles/Hollywood/Burbank for the last 15+ years in numerous apartments and townhouses, and not once did I ever encounter a property manager that was a nicer person, so easy to work with, with care and concern for their actual tenants like Jaime. He was always kind, caring and compassionate. On top of that whenever an issue would arise that needed a handyman/plumber/electrician, etc... Jaime would have someone competent and reliable out to us quickly to take care of the issue.

I can only imagine the property owner of our place enjoys the same kind of care and dedication from Jaime as his property manager, and can relax rest assured that he has everything under control for his investment and keeping tenants happy to maximize their amount of time they rent from them.

Jamie is a very caring friend with extensive experience in real estate, a competent professional, and easy to work with.
He helped me purchase a home recently beating the top bid not with higher bid but with a good strategy and heart touching connection with sellers.
Even though his office is in West LA, he is willing to travel at least an hour or more to Orange county each time and on time to assist my house hunting.

As a first time home buyer, I decided to work with Jaime because he has been a realtor for a very long time and has institutional knowledge that can only be gathered with tenure in this field. Jaime had just that but more. I decided to buy a property at the height of one of the craziest housing markets LA has experienced, and having Jaime in my corner made all the difference. He was attentive to my questions and gave it to me straight, but also elaborated on why we should approach or consider things a certain way. I had a ton of questions, and he was always attentive and responsive.

Let's be honest, we have such great resources to do our own research with houses these days, and while realtors have the advantage of seeing those listings first, it's their working knowledge and keen eye of housing details, construction material, and city codes as well as the ability to navigate conversations with the selling agent, escrow team, and loan agent that you really want at your fingertips. You want someone who can tell you the answers to the questions you have never thought to ask.

Working with Jamie has been wonderful! He was available anytime we wanted to visit an open house, and also has a lot of local knowledge. He was great a communicating, negotiating, and made all the paperwork process easy as well with DocuSign. And lastly, he has a team for everything! Once in escrow, he had connections for all the inspections (chimney, sewer, house, termites, electrician, gardener, etc). We didn't have to lift a finger!

Jamie Tsai has been my property manager for 5 years now and I think this box will be too small to fir all the very positive things I would like to say about him! In short Jamie is the best I have encountered in my short experience renting in Los Angeles.

First of all, Jamie is very kind and understanding of tenant's issues. You never feel that an issue will be brushed away as irrelevant. He always replies almost instantly to any query or need I may have, whether it's a defective appliance or an outside door that is not closing well. His kindness for me also extended when I was facing personal issues and Jaimie was very understanding and supportive of me as a tenant.

Secondly, Jamie is extremely professional. He takes any issue at heart and very seriously and always follows up without fail. He's reliable, present and caring. He also manages the maintenance staff very well and work gets executed in a timely fashion.

Finally, he always ensure the property is maintained according to high standards of cleanliness, security and esthetics! Over the last five years, the building has always been the object of upgrades and improvements.

I can only recommend Jamie Tsai as being the best real estate professional in Los Angeles!

When Jamie helped us to purchase our first condo, we've learned a great deal from him. Jamie is extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us. He always considers the customer’s needs as the highest priority, and takes our input into the consideration. He evaluates the properties that we visited in detail from our prospective and provides valuable resources and advices for our benefits. He recommended an excellent finance agent to assist in purchasing our new home, connected us with top-notch electricians, painters, and plumbers for a speedy transition and much stress reduction. Therefore, when we decided to put the condo on the market, we were very confident and comfortable to ask his help again. Jamie gave us a realistic assessment of what to expect in current uncertain market during COVID-19 pandemic. Upon his first visit, we already had a solid plan to sell our home. He left us with a list of tasks to focus upon. He put together a plan to get our home ready to show and provided excellent pricing guidance. Jamie excelled in the marketing of our home. In addition to the help with the appearance of inside, he composed a professional video that highlighted the unique aspects of the home and really made it shine! Right after on the market, our home draw quite a lot of attentions from many potential buyers. After received multiple offers, Jamie guided us through the offers and made suggestions in the best of our interests. We are so sure that the whole process would not have been as smooth and as successful with another agent. I wish I could find some criticism, but I honestly can't think of anything that he could have done differently or better for us. Jamie was VERY informative and you could tell right off the bat that he knew his field and had our best interests in mind. We have already recommended him to several of our friends and will continue to do so.
