About Jamie
Fulfilling his client's expectations, provide excellent customer service, and giving back to the community are the pillars of Jamie's real estate business. He has been in customer service his entire career and he understands what it takes to build and retain positive relationships. He moved to the Carolina's in 2002 and has set his ground roots here in beautiful Fort Mill, South Carolina. He received his undergraduate degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, where he majored in Hospitality Management with a minor in Business Administration.
Upon graduation, he accepted a job with Aramark managing the fourth busiest Subway in the country, located on the ECU campus. It was in this position he discovered his passion for building client relationships and helping people succeed. This passion shifted his original plans to work within the food industries and guided him to the Banking industry. His Banking career originated with Woodforest National Bank where he quickly became the Branch Manager, and not long after that he was managing 2 locations within the Raleigh area. After 7 years with Woodforest National Bank he accepted the Branch Manager role with SunTrust Bank. With over 10 years of Banking experience and helping clients succeed financially, he was making plans for the next step in his banking career when tragedy struck. He received a sign from The Lord who provided direction for exiting the Banking industry and led him to focus on his family. Instead of managing a team and helping clients he began managing a household and his three beautiful children. Giving his Wife the opportunity to focus on her career while he stayed home with the kids has brought excitement back into his life, something that was constantly being challenged in the Banking industry. Over the years, he has personally bought/sold many homes and have always enjoyed the process of finding the perfect home for his family.
Through each of those occasions, he has seen many things in Real Estate Agents that he would have changed, and he knew that he could do better. Jamie understands what it takes to build confidence and trust from clients therefore, he has decided to take this passion into the Real Estate industry by helping clients with their largest purchase. With a financial background in banking, he has the ability to provide guidance and knowledge into the Real Estate industry from a different lens. Building and fostering relationships is something that he greatly values, and he understands how important it is to listen to his clients. Philanthropic Commitment In 2015 his father lost his battle to Cancer. There is not a day that goes by that he does not think of him. He was my role model, his best friend, and the man his children called Ba. In honor of him and the courageous battle that he fought; he will gladly make a donation to the Jimmy V. Foundation for Cancer Research after every completed closing.
