Jan is certified in short sales and foreclosures and has taken this exposure and experience to further help her clients that are in the difficult situation of considering a short sale as well as help her clients in the step-by-step process of purchasing a foreclosure and leading them to a successful closing. She became a Senior Sales Associate of her production and experience. She has also participated in a six-week class in Listings and received the "Master Sales Society" award from Floyd Wickman.
