Jan puts the 'real' in realtor. She's very knowledgeable, thorough and always well prepared. Her sense of humor is fun and easy going but she always retains absolute professionalism. She takes the stress out of the process from step one of the house hunt through to closing. In six years she has helped me and my family with the purchasing and selling of three homes. Jan became our Realtor almost 15 years ago now. We relocated from FL and was originally assigned a Realtor who did not listen to us. So, Jan was 'assigned' to us and it was such a blessing. She is very knowledgeable about the area and you will not find anyone more ethical than Jan. Jan has been involved in 8 real estate transactions with us since then.
