I have relocated many times in my 72 years and without a doubt, Jan Kupiec is the epitome of a true professional in the Realtors world. She has shown great ability in every respect of selling our home in Norridge and listing and getting the highest possible price for our house which was $30,000 more than even I could have wished for.

Jan helped us to sell our home that had been in our family for 57 years. We'd discussed downsizing for years, but the task seemed SO overwhelming. She helped us determine what needed to be done and with a lot of guidance from her as well as some fantastic referrals to get help accomplishing this gigantic project. We only needed a one weekend showing, with 2 offers within 2 days!!!
Then of course, we needed somewhere to move to, another big first for us. In spite of not having very many available condo's with our specific needs and budget she worked tirelessly to find a fantastic place and we were able to stay within the area!!.
