Update Feb 2024: I’ve now had the very fortunate opportunity to work with Jan twice. January 2022: Jan made my first home selling experience a very smooth and easy one. I have relocated many times in my 72 years and without a doubt, Jan Kupiec is the epitome of a true professional in the Realtors world. She has shown great ability in every respect of selling our home in Norridge and listing and getting the highest possible price for our house which was $30,000 more than even I could have wished for.
She made every aspect of the process seamless and uncomplicated as she led us step-by-step through the listing,open house, the offer, acceptance and closing. It was quick and painless, as we had an offer the first day of open house.

Jan helped us to sell our home that had been in our family for 57 years. We'd discussed downsizing for years, but the task seemed SO overwhelming. She helped us determine what needed to be done and with a lot of guidance from her as well as some fantastic referrals to get help accomplishing this gigantic project. We only needed a one weekend showing, with 2 offers within 2 days!!!
Then of course, we needed somewhere to move to, another big first for us. In spite of not having very many available condo's with our specific needs and budget she worked tirelessly to find a fantastic place and we were able to stay within the area!!.

Jan was professional and effecient with my husband and myself considering we had a unique situation. We had to finish a buy/sell in less than a month. I hired Jan to sell and buy a house. Jan is very knowledgable and experienced. She was good at spotting issues at the homes I was looking at, things I would never have noticed. I felt she was very honest and on my side in our dealings with other agents.
