Over 15 years and 4 California residential real estate transactions, Jan has worked tirelessly on our behalf to help us negotiate the challenges and opporunities of this state's complex real estate market. Jan's expertise in positioning our homes for sale, analyzing comparables, determining strategic initial price listing and timing, recommending high-payback (and low-pay-back) improvements for listing was invaluable. For the home purchases Jan managed, she was shrewd about what the current market conditions were, and guided us in the negotiation process clearly on what to push on and what to give on. You can't be successful in your real estate transactions without someone like Jan by your side. We always got to the right endpoint, and only Jan's experience got us there. And, Jan is just an all-around super nice person! She's become a dear family friend, and we will stay in touch even after we leave the state. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
