A native Charlottean, Jane Anne has worked in the Charlotte real estate market for over thirty years and specializes in the Queen City's historical neighborhoods. In 2008, she moved to Bald Head Island, NC where she sold coastal real estate for four years and concentrated on the secondary home market. Jane Anne returned to Charlotte in 2012, where she continues today, to connect homebuyers with their perfect home.
With a passion for restoration, Jane Anne has renovated more than a dozen homes located within the historical neighborhoods of Charlotte, with a focus on the Dilworth area. She also enjoys reading, gardening, kayaking, shelling at the beach, and walking her Labrador Retriever, Beau. Over the years, she has volunteered her time with the Dilworth Designer Home Tour and served as a board member for the Historic District Commission of Charlotte. She has also given her time to the Dilworth Home Tour & Jubilee as well as the Preservation of North Carolina, a group that acquires endangered historic properties and finds buyers willing to preserve them.
Jane Anne has two adult children: a daughter, Madison who now lives in Baltimore, Maryland with her husband and two-year-old daughter, and her son, Brick, who lives in Charlotte with his wife and two sons.
