Jane Fallon is originally from London, England. Jane was born into a show business family with a twin sister, one brother and a foster brother. Jane moved to Tri-Cities in 1980 after visiting her Great Aunt and Uncle. Her British humor and flare for getting right to the point have won her quite the following from former clients. She was a Tri-City small business owner for nine years before becoming a realtor 15 years ago, so selling and working with people seems to be her thing.
Jane has many interests including music, collecting vintage musical instruments, famous for having a fast car but also a love of classic cars, loves Masterpiece Theater along with other British classic films, road trips, golf, animals (especially dogs), cooking, and just hanging out chatting with clients and good friends.
In this ever-changing housing environment, Jane has developed a unique niche for finding homes for people relocating into the area. Having lived in North Richland for the last 15 years, Jane has sold and also personally owned several government homes. Because of this, Jane has developed an extensive knowledge of these historic gold coast properties and is considered the go-to agent for alphabet homes.
Jane was the fifth agent Vicki Monteagudo signed on back in 2012 when she opened her new and exciting CENTURY 21 Group. It has been an exciting journey, especially when Jane got the opportunity, three years ago to represent the wonderful builder Titan Homes, giving Jane the added knowledge and expertise to be able to guide her clients through the very exciting challenge of building their new home from scratch.
